Yield: 1 servings

Step 1	Squeeze lemon and set aside. Put sugar in a glass. Add ice water, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice and pour over crushed ice.
Step 2	OPTIONAL: Soda water may be used as an alternative to water if desired.
