cup quick cooking oats

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

1 teaspoon agave

1 tablespoon organic crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup non-fat milk

Microwave all ingredients in a small bowl or mug for 1 minute, stir and enjoy! Serve with crushed peanuts or almonds for some extra crunch!
