Bratwurst and Buns

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 cups Sliced white onions
2 tablespoons Molasses
1 cup Light stock
2 pounds White bratwurst links - (abt 12 links)

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large soup pot, add the onions and cook until brown and sweet, about 15 minutes. Add the mustard, molasses, and stock, mix well. Add the bratwurst, stirring to cover them with all the goodness. Simmer on medium for 20 minutes.

Heat buns. Add bratwurst and onions to heated buns.

Optional: Serve with slaw and beans on the side or sauerkraut.
