Marinade For Beef Roast

Ingredients

1 (6-7 lb.) sirloin tip roast, cut in slices
1 1/2 cups salad oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
cup lemon juice
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup parsley flakes
2 teaspoons pepper
2 1/4 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Mix and put over roast. Let marinate overnight. Grill and enjoy.
