egg
1 teaspoon
ground
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
(optional)
1 teaspoon
sugar
2 tablespoons
milk
Banana
slices
Peanut butter
Strawberry jam
Toast (I prefer
milk toast)
Preparation

Mix
egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg

Spread peanut butter on one layer of toast, jam on the other and put banana
slices
then place 2 layers on
top
of each other

Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg
mix

Butter a pan,
fry
both sides until gold-brown
