Ingredients

5/8 cup Milk (I use leftover cooking water, as above)

3 cups Flour, all purpose

cup Plain mashed potato, at room temperature

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

1 1/2 tablespoons Applesauce, or your favorite fat substitute

1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

Preparation

Ingredients into bread pan, select light crust setting and press start.

After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow 1 hour to cool before slicing.
