Ingredients

6 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces

1 tablespoon honey

6 basil leaves, thinly sliced

1/2 cup lemon chevre (or plain chevre with a little A pinch of salt

Preparation

Place the peaches in a bowl and coat with honey.
