Recipe Hard Polenta (see post #1) |

Step 1 |
Cut 8 slices of the Hard Polenta into 3/8-inch thick pieces. Pan-fry the polenta in the oil until golden brown on both sides. Arrange 2 slices of the fried polenta on a plate and top qith about 1 1/2 Tbsp of the olive paste. Garnish with parsley. |
