Yield: 6 servings

edit Ingredients

8

ounces fresh green beans, cut lengthwise

1

can mushroom pieces, drained

½

cup chopped onions

2

cloves garlic, crushed

1

cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 ½

cups milk

¾

cup Bisquick baking mix

3

eggs

1

teaspoon salt

¼

teaspoon pepper

edit Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Grease 10" pie plate.

Step 3

Heat beans and 1" salted water (1/2 Tsp. salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.

Step 4

Cook uncovered 5 minutes. Cover and cook until tender, 5 to 10 minutes; drain.

Step 5

Mix beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic and cheese in plate.

Step 6

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.

Step 7

Pour into plate.

Step 8

Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 9

Cool 5 minutes.
