tablespoons Grated parmesan |

teaspoon Oregano |

tablespoons Fresh lemon juice |

pound Red snapper fillets |

Step 1 |
In bowl combine oil, butter, cheese, oregano, lemon pepper, salt & lemon juice. Add fish; turn to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate 1 hour. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fillets skin side down in oiled grill basket; grill 3-4 minutes per side. |

Brush fish with marinade during grilling. |
