½

cup Olive oil

3

tablespoons Melted butter

1

Crushed garlic clove

2

tablespoons Grated parmesan

1

teaspoon Oregano

¼

teaspoon Lemon pepper

¼

teaspoon Seasoned salt

2

tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

1

pound Red snapper fillets

edit Preparation

Step 1

In bowl combine oil, butter, cheese, oregano, lemon pepper, salt & lemon juice. Add fish; turn to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate 1 hour. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fillets skin side down in oiled grill basket; grill 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 2

Brush fish with marinade during grilling.
