Pancake Muffins

I need fast, hearty breakfasts for my family. I started playing around with the idea of a pancake muffin and this is what I came up with. I have varied it by using bacon instead of sausage, adding berries, and adding cheese and chilies. All of the varieties are quick and delicious.
