lbs. pork loin or pork butter, cut 1 inch thick

tablespoons soy sauce

tablespoons brown sugar

tablespoons honey

tablespoons sherry

tablespoons hoisin sauce

tablespoon red bean curd

teaspoon salt

teaspoon MSG

teaspoon Chinese 5 spices

clove garlic, minced

½

teaspoon grated ginger

Step 1

Marinate meat overnight in marinade. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes each side. Slice thin.
