Traditional Muesli

Ingredients

1 apple, chopped or grated
2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
1 orange, Juice of
cup chopped mixed dried fruit
1 cup nonfat fruit flavored yogurt

Instead of eating doughy pancakes with flavored corn syrup at a truck stop, have a nutritious hearty breakfast.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and let stand 5 minutes.
