Happy Hour Friday: Bloody Mary
3oz tomato juice
1 1/2oz vodka
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp olive juice
3/4 tsp Colibrí Pepper Sauce
1/2 tsp MexiCajun Seasoning
1 tsp fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 tsp prepared beef bouillon
Dissolve beef bouillon cube or powder in 1 cup of hot water or according to package directions.
Fill a shaker 3/4 full of ice. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously to mix.
Moisten the rim of a lowball glass with lime juice and then dip the rim of the glass into MexiCajun Seasoning and swirl to coat.
Serve drink directly over ice and garnish with pickled okra, jalapeno-stuffed olive and lime wedge. ENJOY!
