(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

¼

cup mayonnaise

2

cups ground cooked ham or 2 cans Hormel chunk ham

2

tablespoons chopped parsley

1

teaspoon minced onion

¼

teaspoon mustard

¼

teaspoon hot pepper sauce

½

cup chopped nuts (or enough to roll ball in)

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Shape into ball with spoon in bowl. Cover. Chill several hours. Then remove from bowl and roll in nuts. Serve on bed of parsley with crackers.
