Sweet Avocado Creme

Ingredients

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
1 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender.

Blend until smooth.

You could also mash everything by hand, until smooth and creamy.)

Serve alone in small bowls, or with butter or sugar cookies.

This combination is sweet, creamy, pretty to look at and delicious. While it may be a surprise or sound odd, avocadoes are often eaten this way in Asian cuisine. A must try dish, even for die-hard (savory) guacamole addicts.
