Step 1 |
Blanch peas in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold running water; drain well. Toss with tomatoes, chestnuts and onions. |
Step 2 |
(MARINADE): Combine all ingredients, whisking lightly. Pour over vegetables and toss. Chill until serving time. Drain and spoon vegetables into center of rice mould, if desired. |
