Sauce Verge

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Chervil, chopped
1 teaspoon Tarragon, chopped
1 Clove garlic, crushed
2 Tomatoes, skinned and seeded
4 Coriander seeds, crushed

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a small pan. Season and warm gently to tepid, remove from the heat and serve.
