Yield: 6 servings

package cream cheese (8 ounces) |

cup Sour cream |

cup Milk |

cup Green onions with tops, chopped |

cups Cooked rice |
1 |
can crabmeat, flaked (8 ounces) |

medium Tomatoes, peeled and sliced |
Salt, to taste |

cup Buttered bread crumbs |

Step 1 |
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk; whip until smooth. |
Step 2 |
Fold in green onions, rice and crabmeat. |
Step 3 |
Turn mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Arrange tomato slices over casserole mixture. Sprinkle with salt; top with bread crumbs. |
Step 4 |
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
