[edit] Ingredients

package cream cheese (8 ounces)

½

cup Sour cream

½

cup Milk

cup Green onions with tops, chopped

3

cups Cooked rice

1

can crabmeat, flaked (8 ounces)

medium Tomatoes, peeled and sliced

Salt, to taste

cup Buttered bread crumbs

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk; whip until smooth.

Step 2

Fold in green onions, rice and crabmeat.

Step 3

Turn mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Arrange tomato slices over casserole mixture. Sprinkle with salt; top with bread crumbs.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
