Flavored Olive Oil Bread
Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the Dough cycle.
After 2nd knead remove dough and put in greased plastic cake cover with lid on and let rise until double. (Dough rises faster in a Tuper Ware Cake Cover type container than in a regular bowl covered with cloth.)
Punch down and make into two ropes. Braid and grease with Herbal Olive Oil all over dough. Let rise under lid of cake container until double. Can make a round loaf instead of a braid.
Bake in regular oven until done.
This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.
