Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk(optional)
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoons strawberry jam(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high speed until super smooth.

Step 2

If using a regular blender, first add milk and strawberries, blend, then add banana pieces and peanut butter, and process until smooth.

Step 3

Garnish the smoothie with crushed peanuts and serve.
