Ingredients

loaf French bread, sliced |

ounces extra virgin olive oil |

teaspoons freshly chopped parsley |

Preparation
Step 1 |

Step 2 |
Mix olive oil and 1 tsp. chopped parsley and brush on both sides of French bread slices. |
Step 3 |
Grill or broil the French bread slices 1-2 minutes on each side until crisp and let cool. |
Step 4 |
Spread Alouette® Sundried Tomato & Basil evenly over the French bread slices and top with pre-cooked shrimp. |
Step 5 |
Sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley and serve. |
