Fresh Lime Pie

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
cup cold water
1 pkt gelatin (.25 oz.)
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cups whipped topping (non-fat)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon lime zest

Preparation

Stir sugar into yogurt. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, let sit 2 minutes, microwave for 40 seconds. Add gelatin and remaining ingredients to yogurt. Fold into crust and set in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve with strawberries.
