Recipe: Apple Omelette edit

apples, peeled and cut into cubes

4

tablespoons white flour

4

eggs

cinnamon

1

teaspoon butter

1

cup of milk

Optional: rum, raisins, vanilla essence.

Step 1

Peel and cut apples into cubes.

Step 2

Butter an oven proof deep dish and put the apples in.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 4

Add rum and raisins, if using.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, mix eggs with flour.

Step 6

Gradually incorporate milk.

Step 7

Pour over apple cubes.

Step 8

Bake at 375F for around 45 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.

Easy to make and tasty. Serve warm (try with icecream on side) or cold. If apples are not sweet enough, add some sugar to the mixture.
