Apple omelette is so easy to make! It’s good warm or cold, simple or with icecream or jam. You’ll need 4 apples, 4 tbsp white flour, 4 eggs ...

apples, peeled and cut into cubes |

tablespoons white flour |

cinnamon |

teaspoon butter |
1 |
cup of milk |

Optional: rum, raisins, vanilla essence. |
Step 1 |

Butter an oven proof deep dish and put the apples in. |
Step 3 |
Sprinkle with cinnamon. |
Step 4 |
Add rum and raisins, if using. |
Step 5 |

Step 6 |
Gradually incorporate milk. |
Step 7 |
Pour over apple cubes. |
Step 8 |
Bake at 375F for around 45 minutes or until the mixture has thickened. |
Easy to make and tasty. Serve warm (try with icecream on side) or cold. If apples are not sweet enough, add some sugar to the mixture.
