edit Preparation
Step 1 |
In a heavy skillet, brown meat in butter or oil. Stir in water, dried fruit, lemon juice and rind, cinnamon or curry. Pour into a covered casserole. |
Step 2 |
Place in a 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours. |
Step 3 |
Serve 4 |
Step 4 |
(This begs to be served with cooked rice!) |
