Spicy Butter Chicken

Ingredients

16 chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds or powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Remove skin from chicken. Place butter in large skillet and melt. Add all spices and fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken to butter mixture; sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally and turning chicken twice. Chicken is done when it appears tender and well browned (20-25 minutes). Place chicken and remaining mixture in large baking pan and pour milk over all. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
