Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

1 garlic clove chopped

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon grated lemon juice

Juice of 1 orange

1 tablespoon chopped basil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 cup red onion

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour over fish. Do not marinate for more than 1 hour, as the fish will begin to cook.

Cook fish over charcoal, or on a gas grill, 8 to 10 minutes a side and serve with mango salsa.
