edit Ingredients
1 ½ |
pounds Ground beef |
¼ |
teaspoon Garlic powder |
3 |
Green onions, finely chopped |
2 |
tablespoons Parmesan cheese |
½ |
cup Bread crumbs |
2 |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. I then put the loaf in a foil-lined baking pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Sometimes I sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top of the loaf about 5 minutes before I take it out, and let it melt in. |
Step 2 |
We like this with mashed potatoes, buttered carrots and a mixed green salad. |
