tablespoons butter |

sm. onion, chopped |

pound ground beef |

tablespoons butter |
3 |
tablespoons flour |

teaspoon salt |
½ |
teaspoon chopped garlic |
⅛ |
teaspoon pepper |
½ |
cup Parmesan cheese |
2 |
cups milk |
1 |
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Boil spaghetti until done. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter, saute onions and brown the beef. Drain fat off. Mix beef with noodles. |
Step 2 |
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in 1 quart saucepan. Add flour, salt, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix milk and Worcestershire sauce together. Gradually add milk mixture to saucepan, stirring between additions. |
Step 3 |
Simmer white sauce until thickened and then add to beef and noodles, mix thoroughly. Top with parsley and sliced tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
