Mango and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

1 peeled and finely diced mango
1/2 finely diced small red onion
1 chopped avocado
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

COMBINE mango with onion, avocado, cilantro and dressing in a small bowl.

LET STAND for 4 hours or overnight to mellow flavours.

TIP: To prevent the avocado from browning cover with plastic wrap placing directly onto the salsa.
