Spicy Garlic and Chive Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

8 ounces salmon fillets
2 ea hamburger buns, whole grain
2 large lettuce leaves
Spicy Sauce Ingredients
1 cup light mayonnaise, Kraft with Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, squeezed
1/4 cup chives, chopped

Preparation

Grill salmon approximately 4 – 5 minutes each side until salmon just flakes. It should still be very moist.

Combine sauce ingredients.

Top your salmon burger with sauce and lettuce.

Fresh garlic and chives really add a fresh taste to the mayonnaise, and really give this salmon burger some kick.
