Fish/chepala Fry

Ingredients

Fish pieces : 7
Oil : 3tbsp
For the marinade:
ginger garlic paste : 1tsp
Cumin powder : 1tsp
Garam masala : 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2tsp
Curry leaves : 3no(finely chopped)
Coriander leaves : 1/4bunch(opt)
Oil : 1/2tsp
Salt : to taste

Preparation

Wash and Clean fish. Apply the marinate to all the fish pieces and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat 3 tbsps oil in a pan ,once hot ,add the marinated fish pieces and cook them on slow fire for 7-8 minutes.See that the fish doesnt burn or get stuck to the vessel.

Flip over the fried fish and let them cook and brown on the other side.Cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn off heat and serve hot as a side dish and garnish with chopped coriander and onions.
