1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese - (abt 1 oz)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 lrg sweet onion sliced, and
separated into rings
4 rye burger buns split
