Step 1 |
Bring cider, lager and stock to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil about 8 minutes. Whisk sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl until reduced to 2 1/4 cups, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place sausages in a baking dish and spoon over the sauce. Bake until sausage is heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve. |
