3 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup orange juice
6 cups graham crackers, smashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
1 cup raisins
1 cup dates, chopped
1 cup nuts
16 ounces jar fruits and peels of candied fruit
Make 2 days ahead.
Combine milk, marshmallows, and orange juice in a small bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
Blend cracker crumbs, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in large bowl and add dates, raisins, fruit and nuts.
Stir in marshmallow mixture with spoon until all crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into wax paper-lined 9-inch loaf pan.
Cover tightly, store in refrigerator at least 2 days before serving. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
Slice thin to serve.
