Marinated Beef Strips
Pound the steak to thin, about 1/3 inch, between two sheets of wax paper, plastic zip lock bag or plastic wrap. Use a kitchen hammer to do that, or any heavy pounding tool. I used a water bottle.
Pour the sauce on the meat. Add the spices, make sure the meat is well covered with the ingredients and spices.
Take out of the fridge and cut the meat into strips.
