Aram Sandwiches

Soft Valley Lavosh (Armenian Cracker Bread). Sprinkle with water to keep soft. Let set 5 minutes. Place sesame seed side down on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread with mayonnaise, relishes, mustard or your favorite dressing. Cover with thin sliced cooked luncheon meat or tuna or thinly sliced chicken. Place your favorite variety of cheese slices horizontally across the center. Add chopped lettuce and thinly sliced onions and tomatoes on top of the cheese. Roll up tightly and wrap in the plastic wrap. Refrigerate

Just before serving slice in desired thickness sandwiches and place on a plate. You can add other condiments to your sandwich to your taste, like olives, pickles, cream cheese, etc. Be Creative!
