Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts
Salt
to taste
1/2 teaspoon
Cider Vinegar
Melted
Butter
or
Vegetable
Spread
Preparation

Trim
off the bottom of each
sprout
and
peel
off any discolored leaves.

Using a
Paring
Knife
cut
1/4 inch x-shaped slits across the bottom of each
sprout.

Add
salt
and vinegar to water in a
steaming
basket and place
sprouts
inside.

Steam
until tender.

Serve
sliced
in half with
melted butter
or vegetable spread drizzled over them.
