Lamb shoulder
(boned, rolled & tied)

Oil
2 teaspoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
2 cups
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
Preparation

Heat
oven to 350.
Rub
meat with oil. Sprinkle with
salt
& pepper.

Roast
1 1/2 hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5 minutes, then once more just before
serving.
Serve
remaining sauce with
roast
.
