Steamed Flounder With Vegetables

Preparation

Place fish fillets on microwave-proof pan and alternate pieces of mushrooms, onion, tomato, and green pepper.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Place lemon slices on top. Dot with butter and lightly pour soy sauce on top.

Cover with plastic wrap. Punch holes with fork for air to escape. Microwave on High about 3 minutes or until center is no longer translucent. Fish will flake apart with fork when done.
