ripened avocados (2 to 3)

1

small lemon

1

pkt taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 oz.)

2

tablespoons sour cream

3

tablespoons mayonnaise

1

can refried beans (16 oz.)

2

cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1

bn green onions chopped

2

fresh tomatoes chopped

1

can ripe olives (4 1/2 oz.) drained and chopped

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Mash avocados with lemon juice. Blend taco seasoning with sour cream and mayonnaise. In a large quiche pan or on a large platter assemble in layers in this order: refried beans, avocado, seasoning mix, cheese, onions, tomatoes, olives. Chill. Serve with chips.

Step 2

Serves 6 to 8.
