Chocolate Chip Holiday Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, baking, powder, and salt in a bowl.

Add in egg, milk, and oil; stir just until blended.

Mix in chocolate chips, cherries, nuts, and crushed pineapple.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Serve warm with whipped cream cheese spread on top.
