4

Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

¼

pound Sliced Swiss cheese

1

can Cream of celery soup, (use condensed)

¼

cup Sherry

1

cup (or more) croutons (I used onion and garlic flavored)

3

tablespoons Margerine

edit Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray an oblong casserole baking dish with Pam. Arrange chicken pieces in pan. Put cheese slices on top of chicken.

Step 2

2. Mix soup with sherry; pour over cheese.

Step 3

3. Sprinkle with croutons. Dot with margerine.

Step 4

4. Bake, covered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes of baking so croutons can get crisp.

Step 5

Serves 4.

Step 6

This was great with Stove-Top Stuffing, skillet sweet potatoes, and veggies. Laura Schetter...Ken will love this one!
