The Farming Wife's Homemade Noodles
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cold water
In a food processor, add flour and salt
Turn on processor, and add both eggs through the chute
Add water and allow machine to work until a ball of dough is formed, cleaning off the sides of the bowl almost completely.
Wrap in airtight wrapping and allow to rest for a minimum of 1 hour before rolling and cutting noodles
