The Farming Wife's Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cold water

Preparation

In a food processor, add flour and salt

Turn on processor, and add both eggs through the chute

Add water and allow machine to work until a ball of dough is formed, cleaning off the sides of the bowl almost completely.

Wrap in airtight wrapping and allow to rest for a minimum of 1 hour before rolling and cutting noodles

Just a basic noodle recipe. From there, make ravioli, lasagna, noodles for just about anything. Delicious!
