Peach Rice Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup quick cooking rice (either brown or white)
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
16 ounces can peach slices
2 beaten eggs
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Preparation

In saucepan, combine rice and milk.

Bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat, cook on medium low for 5 minutes.

Stir in butter and undrained peach slices.

Stir in eggs and spices.

Cook 2 minutes more.

Serve
