ripe peaches

1

bottle Prosecco, chilled

Step 1

Remove the pits and skin of the peaches.

Step 2

Toss in a blender and puree until smooth

Step 3

Fill a glass about 1/3 full with the puree and mix in chilled Prosecco

Step 4

Serve immediately
