quarts Seltzer water

2

cups Whipping cream

2 ⅓

cups Torani raspberry syrup (see note)

¾

cup Torani orgeat (almond) syrup

Step 1

Of Oregon Zero Proof MixOff contest.

Step 2

Mix seltzer, cream and syrups. Serve over ice.

Step 3

Note: The syrups can be found in specialty food stores and some coffee stores.

Step 4

Makes 34 1/2-cup servings
