Washington Salad

This recipe came from a book I found at my house called "The Seattle Classic Cookbook." I thought it would be fun to add since it's from a Seattle cookbook and it sounds pretty delicious.

Preparation

Toss together carrots, cheese, celery, shrimp green onions, and mayonnaise and refridgerate overnight.

Sprinkle shoestring potatoes or noodles over salad just before serving.

Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with parsley.
