lbs. meat cut into sm. cubes or 1 chicken, cut up |

c. marsola or any white wine |

Step 1 |
In oil and butter, brown meat cubes or chicken pieces, slowly, on all sides. Add onions, garlic and all spices. Cook slowly until onion and garlic are limp and very lightly browned. Add chicken broth and wine, a little at a time and continue to stew at low temperature until meat or chicken is tender and lightly browned. Add more broth as needed to keep moist. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve. |
