Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
Add 1 package of coconut to batter.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12 pan.
Mix cream of coconut and Eagle Brand milk and pour over hot cake with holes punched with toothpick. Let soak in and cool before icing.
